摘要
陕北地区自然条件恶劣,农村就业结构不合理,导致农业生产经济效益低下,农村居民生活贫困。因此,调整陕北农村就业结构,减少农业从业人员,实现农村劳动力向二、三产业的转移,成为一条脱贫的重要途径。
The bad nature environment of North areas in Shaanxi province and the irrationality of the employment structure in the rural areas result in the low ecnomy profits of agriculture and the poverty life there.So,adjusting the employment structure in rural areas,reducing the labor force in agriculture and transfering the rural labor force to the second and third industry will become a feasible way to shake off the poverty.
