The whole Management of the Enterprise

目前许多企业经营不佳,缺乏应有的生机和活力,从本质上看是对企业整体性认识不够,对管理的职能和流程认识不足的问题。因此,有必要提出企业整体的概念,明确企业是企业要素与管理活动的有机结合整体,提出"企业人"观点,"企业人"具有盈利的职能、创造或增加商品价值和使用价值的职能以及保障支持价值和使用价值实现的职能。企业整体职能的有效发挥,要通过一个有序的、连续的管理流程来实现。

At present, the running of many business enterprises is not good, short of energy and vitality that enterprises should have. Basically, these problems appear because of the lack of understanding of enterprises as a whole, management function and management process. Thus it's necessary to point out the concept of the whole of business enterprise, make clear that the business enterprise is the whole organism combination of enterprise elements and management activity. And the standpoint of 'business enterprise person', which has functions of earning, creating or increasing merchandise's value and using value, and making values realize, consequently is put forward. And the effective development of the enterprise's whole function depends on the orderly and continuous management process.
