积极财政政策实行四年来 ,已取得显著效果 ,它促进了经济增长 ,抑制了经济衰退 ,宏观经济形势明显好转。但与此同时 ,财政赤字上升和国债规模迅速扩大 ,财政风险加大。针对我国经济现状及对未来的预测 ,积极财政政策还会走多远 ,它何时淡出 ,这一问题值得思考。

Since the implemention of active financial policy,it has improved economic increase,controled economic decline and macro economic situation has taken a turn for the better.But ,at the same time,financial deficit increases,national debt expands,and financial risk enlarges.The problem of how far the active financial policy will go and when it will fade out according to the present situation and the forecast of future is worth being thought about.
