中国金融法律体系改革之我见

Opinions on Financial Law System Reform in China

随着我国加入WTO ,国内的金融机构面临着巨大的压力和挑战 ,其首要问题是熟悉掌握和正确运用WTO金融法律规则 ,然后逐步改革和完善我国现代化的金融法律体系 ,这种改革应以入世规则为基准 ,从立、改、废、创新四个层面同时展开。

With the entering WTO of our country,the financial institutions of our country face great pressure and challenge.Above all,we must familiarize,grasp and correctly use financial laws and regulations of WTO.Then,we should reform and perfect our financial law system.The reform should be based on WTO regulations and be carried out from making new laws,reforming old lwas,canceling outdated laws and making innovation etc.Four levels will be at the same time.
