大豆原生质体培养基的研究

摘要 本试验制成大豆未成熟子叶原生质体再生细胞分裂率高、能保持胚性状态并最终能分化成正常植株的培养基。试验发现,天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺、尿囊素和尿囊酸等大豆根瘤形成的酰尿有机态氮是有效的主要氮源。 The studies indicated that asparagine,glutamine,allantoin,and allantoic acid—ureide organic nitrogen formed by soybean root nodules—were the major effective nitrogen sources in successful soybean protoplast culture.Soybean regenerated plants were obtained in the studies when the media containing organic nitrogen sources mentioned above were used.
