离心薄层层析集加压柱层析及径向层析之长,具有分离效果好、仪器简单易操作、节省溶剂和时间等优点。我们参考其他人的一些工作,结合用该法分离挥发油中主要组成成分的实践,对离心薄层层析法做了初步探讨。

Centrifugal TLC is a new method which is simple and useful.It has been developing these years.This method possesses some common advantages comparied with HPLC and TLC.It can be used separating isomers and resist oxidation or decomp osition of compounds in the separative processes.Based on our experiments on the preparative isolation of volatilc oils,we summarized these methods.
