坞修中舵销轴承的修理

Repair of bearing on rudder pin in dock

在坞修中经常会遇到舵销间隙过大 ,超出船检规范要求 ,实际上是舵销状况还好 ,而舵销轴承磨损过大 ,导致要换新舵销轴承。如何选取新舵销轴承至关重要 ,从而既能满足船东的修期 ,又能保证船厂坞期。文中就“发现”号轮的修理工艺进行了探讨。

There is a problem that the gap is wider than that allowed by the stipulation of Ship Inspection.In fact,the rudder pin is in good condition just with the bearing badly worn,which demands a new one.How to select the new bearing for the rudder pin is very important for meeting the repair period of the ship-owner and the dock-using period of the shipyard as well.In this paper,this problem is discussed with the example of the repair technique in repairing 'Discovering'.
