摘要
本文利用短脉冲电晕放电来消除 NO_x,进行一些实验研究.脉冲电压极性对消除 NO_x 的影响较大,在气体温度低于100℃时,正极性脉冲电压有较好的效果,而气体温度高于150℃时,负极性脉冲电压较为有利.脉冲电压前沿上升时间、气体温度、气体中 H_2O 的存在等对消除 NO_x 也有很大影响.NO 的氧化率η与脉冲电压频率 f、气体在电场中停留时间 T、NO 的初始浓度 C 有关系式η=[1-exp(-k((Tf)/C))]×100%成立.本实验对初始浓度为200ppm 的 NO_x 可达98%以上的脱硝率.
In this paper,some experimonts and researches have been carried out in order to re- move NO_x with short pulse corona discharges.The polarity of pulse voltage has greater influence on removing NO_x.Positive pulse voltage has better effect when gas temperature is below 100℃, but nogative pulse voltage is more beneficial when gas temperature is above 150℃.The rising time of pulse voltage,gas temperature and the existence of H_2O in the gas also have great influ- ence on removing NO_x.Among the oxidability η of NO,frequency f of pulse voltage,retention pe- riod T of gas in electric field and initial concentration C of NO are formulated as η=1-exp(- k(Tf/C)).In this experiment,the denitration rato for NO_x(NO+NO_2)with 200 ppm of initial con- centration can get above 98%.
