蛤蚧发声器的神经支配及其在延脑核团定位的研究 被引量:2

摘要 实验采用 HRP 技术,外周神经解剖及电刺激方法,对爬行类动物蛤蚧发声器的神经支配及其在延脑核团的定位进行了初步研究.结果表明:(1)疑核(Nucleus Ambiguus)在发声控制上可能起主要作用,迷走神经运动核(Motor Nu-cleus of X)和舌咽神经核(IX Nucleus)也可能参与发声控制;(2)一侧神经支配双侧喉肌,但以同侧为主;(3)支配发声器的延脑核团不存在单侧优势. This paper was devoted to study the innervation of Gekko gecko's vocal organ and its projection nuclei in the rhombencephalon.HRP method,electrical stimulation and anatomical ob- servation were employed in the experiments.The results are as following:(1)Nucleus Ambiguus is responsible for vocalization,Nucleus Ⅸ and Motor Nucleus of Ⅹ may also play some role in this activities;(2)innervation of laryng muscle is bilateral and has ipsolateral domination,but this difference can not be found in corresponding nuclei in medulla oblongata;(3)electrical stimu- lation of HRP labelled region can elicit voice synchronistically;(4)if HRP application is over 64hr.We can obtain some labelled cells in the section of ventral pons cerebelli,its localization and possible function are expected to study;(5)it is proposed that the peripheral nerve which controls laryng muscles may contain sensory nerve fibers.
