体育课程教学对促进素质教育发展 ,具有其它课程教学所无法比拟的优越条件。但在现实的学校体育教学过程中并没有真正地把这种功能和效果充分发挥出来。为推动素质教育 ,加快素质教育发展 。

Causing the improve ment of quality education, physical education has the superiorith of another course. But function and effect of quality education have not been appeared in real physical education of school, in order to improve quality education rapidly, we must reform physical education at present.
