摘要
将铁道技术监督系统视为一个大系统 ,并用模糊相关关系对这个系统所具有的大量物质、能量和信息要素及其所涉及的系统问题进行分析研究。为了进行定量分析 ,给出了系统效率、效益和可靠性三大目标的评判等级划分。与此同时 ,将众多要素划分出一定的层次 ,解决铁道技术监督系统的多级模糊综合评判问题 ,为今后对该系统进行多目标模糊优化打下良好基础。
This paper regards the technical quality surveillance of railway as a large scale system,and the fuzzy interrelation is designed to carry out the analysis research on numerous substance, energy, information elements of this system and its involved system problems .In order to make quantitative analysis, the division of evaluation grade of three targets system efficiency, benefit and reliability is given. At the same time,the multitudinous elements are divided into fixed level to solve the problems of multigrade fuzzy composite evaluation. A good foundation for multitargets fuzzy optimization of the system is laid herrafter.
