摘要
介绍了相位掩膜法制作光纤光栅的近场理论分析和相关实验。在最佳实验条件下 ,制作出高质量的啁啾光纤光栅 ,中心波长为 15 46 .9nm,带宽 0 .849nm,功率波动小于 1d B,时延波动小于 30 ps,用该光栅对 10Gb/ s,10 0 km G.6 5 2光纤的色散补偿取得了很好的效果 ,色散补偿量大于 98%。
This article introduces the near-field theory analysis and experiments of grating fabrication with phase masks. Under the optimal experiment condition, we fabricate the good quality optical fiber grating with center wavelength 1 546.9 nm and bandwidth 0.849 nm, while its power deviation is less than 1 dB and its time delay deviation is less than 30 ps. The dispersion of 10 Gb/s, 100 km G.652 optical fiber is compensated by the grating, and more than 98% dispersion is compensated.
