摘要
以往的工作证明,电刺激鸟类中脑可引起呜叫及植物性反应。鸣叫同时伴随呼吸运动功能的改变。为了探讨中脑水平鸣叫与呼吸二者间的结构联系,我们对鹌鹑中脑给予电刺激,试图确定鸣叫中枢与呼吸调节中枢的定位关系以及二者间的联系。1 实验方法选用成年雄性鹌鹑23只,体重为100—200克之间。先用20%乌拉坦按每千克体重1克进行腹腔麻醉,然后将动物固定在鸟头定位仪上。
Vecalization elicited by electrical stimulation in the midbrain of quails were studied in connection with breathing rates.Most of the sites where sound production chould be elicited were found in the mucleus dorsomedialis intercollicularis and formatio reticularis lateralis mesencephal- i.Vocalization were accompanied by autonomic and somatic motor reactions.Respiratory areas is much larger than vocal control areas.All vocalizations were accompanied by an increase of br- wathing rates. Midbrain of birds may be the basic vocal control centre and higher respiratory regulation cen- tre.It plays an important role in intergrating the connections between vocal control and respirato- ry pathway.
