绿脓杆菌静电灭菌法初试 被引量:2

摘要 作者利用静电高压在室温条件下杀灭了绿脓杆菌。实验中我们使用了三种电极结构(星形线—板,针—板和板—板)和不同波形的高压如正高压、负高压、正脉冲、负脉冲和交流高压等。测定了绿脓杆菌的存活率和电压、电晕功率及处理时间的关系。实验结果表明,适当选取条件,绿脓杆菌可被电晕放电场完全杀死。本文也研究了不同波形和电极形状对灭菌效果的影响。静电灭菌是一种新技术,至今尚未见到利用静电方法杀死非液体物质中的细菌的报导。尽管该方法还有待进一步研究,实验结果表明静电高压灭菌可能会成为一种新的灭菌方法。 Destruction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa under room temperature has been performed by high electrostatic voltage.Three different electrode geometries(star shape wire-plate,needles- plate and plate-plate)and varied forms of voltage such as positive high voltage,negative high voltage,positive pulse voltage,negative pulse voltage and alternative voltage were tested.The survival rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa measured against voltage,corona power and the time of treatment.The experimental results indicate that Pseudomonas aeruginosa can be destroyed com- pletely by corona discharge field when proper conditions are chosen.The influence of voltage waveform and electrode geometries on the sterilization effect was also studied.The electrostatic method is a novel one.No paper describing the sterilization of bacteria in non-liquid by electrosta tic method has been reported up to now.Though further studies are necessary,these results indi- cate a possibility of bacteria destruction by high electrostatic voltage application to be used as steri lization process.
