滞后的中国保险法律制度已与保险业务的国际化不相适应。因此 ,积极改革我国现行保险法律制度 ,消除其诸多弊端 ,构建一个与国际规则相适应的保险法律制度已刻不容缓。

The out-of-date China's insurance legal system is found not to be in line with the international progress of insurance business undertakings .Therefore,it is imperative that China's current insurance legal system be reformed so as to establish a new one to adapt to the international standards.
