文章从继续调整国有经济的布局和结构;深化国有资产管理体制改革;积极推进国有大中型企业股份制公司改革;推进垄断行业改革,积极引入竞争机制等四个方面对国有企业改革作了较为全面,系统的论证,并提出了自己的见解。
The paper discusses four points: the overall arrangement and structure; Promotions of reforms in the state-owned assets on management and in large-and medium-sized enterprise shareholding system as well as introducing competitive system. The four points give an overall systematic account of enterprise reforms and put forward some new suggestions.
