Comparative Study of the Development of International and China's Credit Rating Industries

本文从行业发展和行业管理的角度,在国际分析对比的基础上,分析国际资信评估业对中国经济和相应行业的影响,总结中国资信评估业的发展现状和面临的问题,并结合国际经验进行分析和探讨,试图提出对策和建议。

In this article, the development of American credit rating industry is briefly introduced. The focus is on several giants, like Moody's, Standard & Poor and Fitch in the field. Some main domestic credit rating agencies in different countries or regions are introduced as well. Moreover, a close look is taken on those located in the Asian and Pacific regions. A thorough investigation on status quo of Chinese credit rating industry was conducted. And some suggestions are made after analyzing main problems facing the industry of China on the basis of international comparative study.
