心得安长效硝酸甘油联合大黄蛰虫丸治疗肝炎肝硬化后门脉高压疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的 寻找适宜控制门静脉高压发生和发展的方法 ,降低门静脉高压的各种并发症。方法 对照组肝炎肝硬化 2 9例 ,采用常规治疗 (心得安和长效硝酸甘油 -单硝酸异山梨脂 ) ;观察组肝炎肝硬化 2 4例 ,在常规的降低门静脉压力药物的基础之上 ,联用中药大黄蛰虫丸治疗病毒性肝炎肝硬化后早期门脉高压。结果 经 42周治疗 ,与对照组相比观察组门静脉内径和脾脏厚度明显减小 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 心得安。 Objective To investigate the means to control the development of portal hypertension and reduce its complications in hepatic cirrhosis.Methods On the basis of routine therapy, propranolol,isosorbide 5-mononitrate, and Chinese medicine-Daihuang zhechong pills were combined for portal hypertension of hepatic cirrhosis in early stage.Results For a period of 42 weeks' treatment, there were obvious differences between the combined therapy group and routine therapy group in inner diameter of portal vein and thickness of spleen by B-ultrasonic detection(P< 0.05).Conclusions The combined therapy of propranolol ,isosorbide 5-mononitrate and Daihuang zhechong pill is a good way for portal hypertension in hepatic cirrhosis.
