唇腭裂患儿父母心理状况调查分析

A Study of Mental State of the Parents with Congenital Cleft Lip/Paalte Children

目的 :了解唇腭裂患儿父母的心理健康状况 ,为其进行心理支持和治疗提供依据。方法 :采用SCL - 90症状自评量表对唇腭裂患儿的 60名父母及正常儿童的 60名父母进行心理调查。结果 :患儿组父母SCL - 90总分、阳性项目数及抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因素分明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。患儿母亲在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和精神病性诸因子分和阳性项目数上明显高于父亲 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :唇腭裂患儿的父母心理健康状况较差 ,尤以患儿母亲较为突出 ,需给予必要的心理支持和治疗。

Objective:To provide basis for the emotional support and psychological theraPy for the parents with congenital cleft lip and/or palate children by investigating the mental health of the parents.Methods:Investigations were conducted on 60 parents with cleft lip and/or palate children and 60 parents with normal children by using SCL-90.Results:It is found that the general scores,number of positive items,depression,anxiety and horror scores of the parents with cleft children are significantly higher than those of the control(P<0.05).The scores of the mothers are higher than those of the fathers in the following aspects:somatization,compulsion,interpersonalsensitivity,depression,anxiety,paranoid and psychiatric syndrome (P<0.05).There is on significant difference among the parents of the three subgroups of CL,CP,CLP(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mental health state of the parents with congenital cleft children is rather poor,especially the mothers.Emotional support and psychological therapy should be supplied to them.
