混装乳化炸药不耦合装药爆破技术的研究和应用 被引量:6

摘要 在三峡工程的临时和永久船闸闸室的开挖中,为满足高边坡缓冲爆破和基建面保护层爆破的要求,专门研制了适合混装车生产和可泵送的乳化炸药。这种炸药与放入炮孔中的一定直径的PVC塑料管配合使用,实现了小直径孔不耦合装药。装药时,利用装药车将炸药泵入炮孔或孔内的塑料管中。文中概述了小直径感度乳化炸药的研制,介绍了混装乳化炸药和不耦合装药爆破技术在不同开挖工程中的应用,并对应用该项技术的技术和经济效果作出了评价。 In the excavation of temporary and permanent lock chambers in Three Gorge Project,a pumpable emulsion explosive,suitable to be made by use of a portable plant in field,was specially developed so as to meet the needs of buffer blasting at a high slope and protectivelayer blasting on a foundationBy integration of the explosive with an inhole PVC tube with a certain diameter,the uncoupled charge in a smalldiameter hole could be reachedWhen loading by a fieldmixed truck,the explosive could be directly pumped into a hole or tube in the holeIn this paper,the development of the emulsion explosive with a smalldiameter sensitivity was outlined and the application of the blasting technology with the fieldmixed explosive and uncoupled charge in various excavation projects was introducedAnd the technoeconomical evaluation of engineering application was carried out for application of this technology
