羟基磷灰石眼座植入的美容效果观察

Observation of the Cosmetic Erfect after intraorbital Implantatio of Hydroxyapatite Spheres in the Cases of anophthalmos

目的 :观察羟基磷灰石 (HA)眼座植入的美容效果。方法 :对严重眼外伤、新生血管性青光眼所致的眼球摘除或眼内容剜除术 ,采用Ⅰ期自体巩膜包裹 ,Ⅱ期异体巩膜包裹及巩膜后义眼座眶内植入等方法 ,将HA眼座植入眶内 ,并将上下内外四条直肌固定在相应的位置。结果 :本组病例共 1 6例 1 6眼 ,全部患者术后外观饱满 ,两眼对称 ,义眼有一定的活动度 ,均达到了满意的美容效果。其中 1 4例患者为Ⅰ期愈合 ,2例结膜变薄 ,眼座轻度暴露 ,未作特殊处理自行修复愈合。后者均为Ⅱ期异体巩膜包裹患者。结论 :对眼球摘除或眼内容剜除术患者 ,HA眼座植入的美容效果肯定。Ⅰ期眼座植入比Ⅱ期眼座植入效果更好。

Objective:To evaluate the cosmetic effect after intraobital implantation of hydroxyapatite spheres.Methods:Hydroxyapatite spheres were implanted primarily in to autosclera capsule.Secondary implantation was performed with HA spheres that be heterosclera-encapsulated or be implanted after sclera.The foue rectus were fixed appropriately.Result:There were 16 cases in this group.Clinical observations showed that the HA implant made the prosthesis fit more comfortably and with better movement in all patients.14 patients were healing by first imtention.There were local bad healing of bulbar conjunctiva in other two patients for whom secondary implantation was performed Both of them got better results later without any special treatments.Conclusion:Satisfactory cosmetic effect were obtained in all cases.Effect of primary implantation are better than secondary implantation.
