摘要
应用热导检测原理 ,使用EMGA 6 2 1设备 ,进行载气、坩埚、锡粒等的干扰试验 ,探索了钛合金最佳释放曲线及最佳试验条件。
On the basis of this paper applied thermal conductivity principle,studied the interferences of carrier gas, crucible, tin grain were studied by means of apparatus EMGA 621,the best releasing curve and the best test condition were put forward The method has been applied to the determination of hydrogen adsorbed in titanium alloy after chemical etching
