摘要
研究了热处理过程中不同冷却方式对K4 6 5合金力学性能和组织的影响。表明 ,冷却方式对K4 6 5合金的组织和性能影响很大。采用大气空冷和真空控温冷却方式热处理后 ,K4 6 5合金的γ′组织都比较细小 ,性能完全满足技术条件要求。而经炉冷方式热处理后合金的γ′组织比较粗大 ,性能不理想。因此 ,对于K4 6 5合金 ,大气空冷和真空控温冷却是较好的方式 ,二者可取其一 。
