摘要
为建立蒙药查干-乌口勒丸中胡椒碱含量测定,用hypersil-c18柱(4.6mm×200mm 5μm),柱温35℃,甲醇-水(77:23)为流动相;流速:1.0mg/min,检测波长:343nm,外标法定量。结果:胡椒碱组分峰与其它组分峰达基线分离,浓度在0.0254～0.2538mg/ml范围内,峰面积值与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9997),平均回收率为99.09％,RSD=2.3％。该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可作为本品质量控制方法。
An RP - HPLC method has been established for the determination of piperine content in Chagan- wurile Wan. The chromatographic system consists of Kromasil C18column and mobile phase of methanol: water (77:23), detection wavelength is at 343nm, the column temperature is at 35℃, the flow rate is 1. 0ml/ min. The result shows that the linear range is 0. 0254- 0. 2538mg/ml, r = 0. 9997, the average recovery is 99. 09% , RSD = 2. 3% (n = 5), the method is simple and accurate.
