抑郁症肝郁气滞证证候标准第一轮专家问卷分析

Analysis of the standard of syndrome with the stagnation of the Hepatic Qi for depression of the first questionnaires

目的 :探讨抑郁症肝郁气滞证证候标准。方法 :根据文献资料及预试结果 ,编制抑郁症常见中医证候标准专家问卷 ,向全国的 10 2位专家发送问卷调查。结果 :情绪抑郁、善叹息、胸胁乳房和 或少腹胀痛、焦虑不安、脉弦 5项证候指标必备级的频数百分比均大于 5 0 % ,评分总分均大于 2 30分。结论 :情绪抑郁、善叹息、胸胁乳房和 或少腹胀痛、焦虑不安、脉弦等 5个证候指标可作为抑郁症肝郁气滞证的证候标准入选。

Aim:To explore the standard of syndrome with the stagnation of the Hepatic Qi for depression.Methods:According to reference materials and results of experiments,questionnaires on the standard of frequently-occurring syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine were developed and distributed to 102 experts all over the country.Results:The five syndromes whose percentages of necessarily-occurring syndromes surpass 50 percent and total scores were more than 230 were mental depression; sighing; distension and pain of the chest,hypochondrium,hypogastrium and breast and anxiety and stringy pulse.Conclusion:The five necessarily-occurring syndromes as mental depression; sighing; distension and pain of the chest,hypochondrium,hypogastrium and breast and anxiety and stringy pulse may serve as the standard of the stagnation of the Hepatic Qi for depression.
