肾毒清对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠血脂及内皮素影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨肾毒清对实验性慢性肾功能衰竭的作用机制。方法 :选用雄性SD大鼠 4 2只 ,采用 5 6肾切除方法复制慢性肾功能衰竭模型 ,随机分为模型组、爱西特组和肾毒清组 ,并设假手术组作为空白对照组。于实验第 16周末收集 2 4h尿液后处死 ,检测血脂、内皮素、肾功能、尿肌酐、2 4h尿蛋白定量等指标 ,并对肾组织进行组织形态学观察。结果 :肾毒清组与爱西特组对比能显著降低胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和内皮素 ,升高高密度脂蛋白、血浆白蛋白 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。此外 ,肾毒清在改善肾功能、降低 2 4h尿蛋白定量等方面明显优于爱西特组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,病理形态学改变也轻于爱西特组。结论 :肾毒清能调整脂质代谢 ,改善内皮细胞功能 ,降低血肌酐、尿素氮等 ,从而改善肾功能 ,延缓肾功能衰竭的进程。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of Shenduqing on experimental chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:forty-two male SD rats were made into CRF model by 5/6 nephrectomy and were randomly sorted into following groups:model,Aixite,Shenduqing and Sham-operation (as blank group).By the end of the sixteenth week,collected the 24-hours urine of each rat,then killed them.To detect such marker as the blood-lipid,renal function,endothelin,uric creatinine,24-hours urinary protein,et;and to observe the pathologic changes in renal tissue by light microscopy.Results:the cholecterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and endothelin in Shenduqing group were lower significantly than that in Aixite group,and the high density lipoprotein and plasm albumin were higher markedly than that in Aixite group (P<0.05 or P<0.01)Besides,Shenduqing is superior to Aixite in improving renal function and reducing urinary protein (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the pathomorphologic changes in Shenduqing group is lighter than that in Aixite.Conclusion:Shenduqing can regulate the metabolism of lipid,improve the function of endothelial cells,depress the serum creatinine and blood uria nitrogen,so it can improve the renal function and postpone the processing of renal failure.
