脂肝泰胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠血清和肝组织SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量的影响

Effects of ZHIGANTAI(ZHGT)Capsule on the SOD & CAT Activity and the MDA Contents in the Blood Serum and Hepatic Tissue of Fatty Liver Rat with Hyperlipidemia

目的 :探讨脂肝泰胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的作用机制。方法 :采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制高脂血症性脂肪肝模型 ,实验分组为模型组、脂肝泰高剂量组、脂肝泰低剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、低剂量脂肝泰和东宝肝泰进行干预 ,然后测定各组大鼠血清、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。结果 :模型组大鼠血清、肝组织中SOD、CAT活性均较正常组明显降低 (P <0 0 1) :MDA含量均较正常组明显升高 (P <0 0 1)。与模型组比较各治疗组大鼠血清、肝组织中SOD、CAT活性均明显升高 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;MDA含量均明显降低 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。脂高组与脂低组在升高SOD、CAT活性和降低MDA含量方面作用明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :脂肝泰胶囊可显著提高大鼠SOD、CAT活性 ,降低MDA含量 ,提示该药物能够清除自由基 ,提高机体抗氧化能力。

ObJective:To explore the possible role of ZhiGanTai(ZHGT)Capsule in the therapy of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia.Method:We duplicated the aninal model with high fat diet,divided the groups into Model group,high dose group,low dose group,DongBaoGanTal(DBGT)group as well as control group and normal control group at random.Each treatment group was intervened by its own medicine,then tested the SOD & CAT activity and the MDA contents in the blood serum and hepatic tissue all groups.Results:The SOD & CAT activity In the blood serum and hepatic tissue of the model group were significantly reduced than the normal control group(P<0.01),the MDA contents In the blood serum and hepatic tissue of the model group were all higher than he normal control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,The SOD & CAT activity increased remarkably(P<0.01)and the MDA contents much lowered(P<0.01)in the blood serum and hepatic tissue of each treatment group.The effect of Increasing SOD & CAT activity and reducing MDA contents In the blood serum and hepatlc tissue of high dose group and low dose group were more better than that of DBGT group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions:ZHGT Capsulehas the effect of increasing the SOD & CAT activity and reducing MDA contents remarkably, it shows that the capsule could remove the free radical and enhance body’s capability of anti-oxidation.
