清前2号颗粒治疗前列腺痛临床疗效观察

Qing Qian Ⅱ Granules for the Treatment of Prostatodynian

目的 :评价清前 2号颗粒剂治疗前列腺痛的疗效。方法 :6 8例前列腺痛病人用清前 2号颗粒每次 2 0g ,每日 2次开水冲服 ,连续 8周 ,比较治疗前后的前列腺痛症状评分变化。结果 :治病后盆腔区域疼痛、排尿异常、性功能障碍及总分平均分明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,神经衰弱平均分较治病前降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :清前 2号颗粒是治疗前列腺痛的有效方剂。

Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy of qing qian Ⅱ granules for prostatodynian.Methods:From October 2000 to October 2001,qing qian Ⅱ granules had been use in 68 patients with prostatodynian for eight weeks.20g dosage was given twice daily.Symptom scores were evaluated by the prostatodynian symptom index befor and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the average scores of pelvic pain,unusual urination,sexual dysfunction and total scores had been decreased significantly(P<0.01).The average scores of neurasthenia had been decreased (P<0.05).Conclusions:It is suggested that qing qian Ⅱ granules is effective in the treatment of prostatodynian.
