摘要
目的 :研究卤族元素溴、碘和氟离子以及硫氰酸和迭氮离子对α -淀粉酶及其底物2 -氯 -4-硝基苯 -α -D -麦芽三糖苷 (CNP -G3)测定氯离子的干扰情况。方法 :使用混合血清建立对照组和加入不同浓度可疑干扰物质的实验组进行比较。结果 :样品中加入可疑干扰物终浓度达10mmol/L的溴化钾、83.3mmol/L的碘化钾、50.0mmol/L的氟化钠或氟化钾、10mmol/L的硫氰酸钾和15.87mmol/L的迭氮钠对酶法测定氯化物无任何干扰 ;氟对硫氰酸汞比色法测定氯化物无干扰 ,其余均呈现正干扰。结论 :α -淀粉酶/CNP
Objective:To evaluate the interfered effects of haloid elements such as bromide, iodide and fluoride, and anions such as thiocyanate and azide for the measurement of chloride in serum by an α-amylase and 2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl-alpha-D-maltotrioside(CNP-G3) as substrate.Methods:The testing values from control sample and test samples added different concentrations of doubtful interfered agents in pooled sera were compared.Results:It was proved that doubtful substances as high as 10 mmol/L of potassium bromide, 83.3 mmol/L of potassium iodide, 50 mmol/L of sodium fluoride or potassium fluoride, 10 mmol/L of potassium thiocyanate and 15.87 mmol/L of sodium azide added in the test samples should not interfere chloride measurement by the enzymatic method.The fluoride did not disturb mercuric thiocyanate method for determining chloride and other anions all had positive interference with the mercuric thiocyanate method.Conclusion:The method of α-amylase and CNP-G3 for measuring serum chloride had marked advantage in antidisturbance from haloid elements etc.
