Graves病粒细胞减少患者骨髓CFU-GM生长的研究

摘要 目的 :体外研究Graves病 (GD)患者骨髓CFU -GM的生长情况。方法 :11名正常对照 ,16名GD患者(11名为白细胞减少 ,5名为粒细胞缺乏 ) ,进行外周血检测 ,骨髓检查和CFU -GM的体外培养。结果 :GD粒细胞缺乏患者CFU -GM体外生成率显著低于正常对照组 ,而白细胞减少组患者CFU -GM的生成率与对照组比较无显著差异。结论 :GD患者出现白细胞减少时 ,虽然外周血中白细胞数目和粒细胞比例已明显降低 ,但处于这一时期的患者骨髓尚有一定的代偿能力。在粒细胞缺乏阶段 ,骨髓功能受到严重影响 ,CFU -GM明显减少。 Objective: To study the growth of human bone marrow colony forming unit-granulocyte monocyte(CFU-GM) from the patients with Graves's disease in vitro.Methods:Bone marrow were obtained from sixteen patients with Graves' disease(11 with leukopenia and 5 with agroneulocytosis ) and from 11 normal bone marrow doners. Bone marrow cell smear and blood cell count as well as CFU-GM culture were done.Results:The production of CFU-GM from agraneulocytosis patients was significantly decreased as compared with that from control group. However,the CFU-GM production from leukopenic patient and patients in the convalescence of agraneulocytosis was almost the same as the control group.Conclusion:The bone marrow function was almost normal in patients with leukopenia but it may become hypofunctional in patients with agraneulocytosis.
