碘伏灌注冲洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎疗效观察

The effects of iodophor irragated for treatmeat of suppurative arthritis of knee joint

目的 :探讨碘伏灌注冲洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎的疗效。方法 :对10例化脓性膝关节炎患者使用关节镜套管针穿刺碘伏稀释液冲洗 -吸引疗法 ,同时全身应用足量有效抗生素。结果 :本组10例患者经全身和局部治疗 ,均治愈出院 ,关节功能恢复良好 ,优良率90 %。结论 :碘伏稀释液治疗化脓性膝关节炎具有疗效高 ,治疗周期短 ,无耐药出现 ,抗菌谱广 ,关节功能恢复良好 ,经济等优点 ,但有碘过敏史者禁用 。

Objective: To discuss the effects of iodophor irragated on treatment of suppurative arthritis of knee joint.Methods:10 patients with suppurative arthritis of knee joint were treated by trocar puncture and suction with iodophor dilution and by general,enough and eff-ective antibiotics at the same time.Results: 10 patients by general and local treatment were cured before discharge.The function of knee joint was good.The excellent rate was 90%. Conclusion: Treating suppurative arthritis of knee joint with iodophor dilution has the ad-vantages of short period,economic,good results, wide antibioticogram, good function of joint and no resistance to drugs,but it is contraindicant for anaphylaxis to iodine,and it is necessary to use general antibiotics for 3 to 4 weeks.
