摘要
目的 :分析胆囊癌CT征象、探讨胆囊癌的诊断技巧。方法 :分析32例经手术、病理证实的胆囊癌CT检查结果。结果 :胆囊癌分为壁厚、腔内和肿块3型。本组壁厚型8例 ,腔内和肿块型各12例。结论 :胆囊癌常具有较典型的影像特征 ,常规肝胆CT扫描中对“胆囊影缺失”
Objective:To analyze the CT features of gallbladder carcinoma, as well as discuss the diagnostic skill of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:The CT findings in 32 pathologically proved cases were retrospectively analysed.Results:CT findings of gallbladder carcinoma in this group can be attributed as follows: thickened wall 8 cases, intraluminal mass 12 cases and huge mass 12 cases. Conclusion:The gallbladder carcinoma is of typical imaging feature as usual. Paying more attention to the absence from the gallbladder in the cause of the CT scaning, contrast enhancement and multiple-orention scanning are of great value in the detection of the lesion.
