摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM),观察了微量钪Sc对Al-Mg合金显微组织和第二相粒子形貌的影响,试验结果表明,普通Al-Mg合金添加微量Sc后其铸态组织得到显著细化,随着Mg、Sc含量增加,合金的组织随之细化。第二相粒子形状表现多样,对第二相粒子成分分析结果表明它是含Al、Sc、Zr、Ti的复合粒子。
The effects of trace Sc on the casting microstructure and the precipitated particle of Al-Mg al-loys have been studied by means of optical microscope and SEM observation.Added trace Sc,the grain of as-ingot alloy was greatly fined,alloy with more Sc and Mg can get finer grain.The precipitated particles have different morphography,the con centration analysis shows that the particle is complex particle con sist-ing Al 、Sc、Zr 、Ti elements.
