摘要
油膜轴承的锥套与轧辊辊颈采用弹性结合方式联结,具有载荷传递平稳的优点。然而,由于锥套与辊颈利用液压胀形实现过盈装配,使得接触面间在装配过程中发生表面损伤。为确定锥套损伤形式与装配过程的力学行为之间的关系,本文通过模拟试验,利用分形理论,揭示磨损表面形貌的几何特征,探讨接触应力场对不同表面损伤形式的影响机理。
The connection of sleeve-roll neck of oil-film bearing, depending on elastic binding has virtue of stable load transmitting. But the interference fit by hydroform result in the damage occurring on the contact surface. To determine the relation between the contact surface's damage and the mechanic behavior occurring in process of assembly, the test, which is designed to simulate the practical work behavior, and the fraction principle are developed to reveal the geometric characteristics of damage surface. This paper presents a detail analysis about the influence of contact stress on contact surface damage.
