摘要
论述了产品制造过程中的柔性工艺产生的原因及其工艺柔性存在的意义。在分析了CAPP中的柔性工艺与Petri网之间存在的相同特性关系、柔性工艺Petri网与生产调度Petri网之间的融合关系的基础上,推出了基于Petri网的柔性工艺模型,并对模型与关联矩阵的转换进行了描述。这种方法为CAPP与生产计划调度的一体化集成提供了一种新的途径。
Discusses causation of flexible process in product manufacturing and significance of it's flexibility. Having analyzed identical characteristics between flexible process and Petri net, and integrated correlation between flexible process Petri Net and production scheduling Petri Net, his paper presents a flexible process model of Petri-Net and describes the transform from the flexible process Petri-Net to correlating matrixes. This method offers a new effective approach to implement CAPP integrated with production planning and scheduling.
