摘要
介绍了民用手提式电瓶瓶盖的成型工艺及注射模结构 ,为解决塑件上、下部内侧孔的抽芯和复位 ,模具采用了斜滑块结构 ,可自动抽芯、复位 。
The technological process for forming the lid of the portable battery cell and the structure of the injection mould were introduced. The structure with a slanted slide was used to the mould for solving the problems of core pulling and mould reposition for the inner side holes at the top and bottom of the plastic part. Automatic core pulling and mould reposition were realized and increased the production efficiency.
