The working principle of the air feeder was introduced. The motion relationship between the air feeder and the crank slide mechanism of the press was analyzed. The design and calculation method of the feeding_cycle circular diagram of the air feeder were presented. And the points needing attention in selection and application of the air feeder were stated.
