摘要
气相氨氧化邻二甲苯合成酞腈 (邻苯二甲腈 )是目前最简便、最经济的合成工艺。针对邻二甲苯的特点 ,开发成功选择性高、寿命长、氨与邻二甲苯的物质的量之比 (A2 )较小的新型V -Cr-Mo-O/SiO2 催化剂。经流化床中试生产结果证明 :邻苯二甲腈重量收率可达 78% ,产品纯度≥98% 。
The synthesis of o -phthalonitrile by gas-phase ammoxidation of o-xylene is the simplest process with the lowest cost at present.A V-Cr-Mo-O/SiO 2 catalyst,which is characterized by high selectivity,long service life and small molar ratio of ammonia to o-xylene has been screened.The fluid bed pilot test indicates that the yield of o-phthalonitrile is ≥78%,which has reached the international level.
