连轧管变形区金属的塑性流动及应力分析

摘要 本文介绍了采用条元法,以连轧管变形区出口环向位移为待定参数,根据能量最小原理求得出口环向位移的最优解和轧管变形区塑性流动速度场及应力场的方法,其特点在于计算费用低,输入数据简单,适于连轧管塑性变形理论分析。 A method, which using the Finite Strip Method, taking outlet peripheral displacements of tube in the deformational area of continuous seamless tube mill as unknown parameters, and basing on the Minimum Energy Principle,solving the optimizational outlet peripheral displasments,flowing velocity and stress distribution in the deformational area, is presented in this paper. It has the advantages of lower calculating cost and fewer input datas and is suitable for analysis on plastic deformation in continuous seamless tube mill.
