摘要
Internet逐渐深入人类社会,其对现代企业的影响越来越全面和深刻,本文基于对电子商务这一典型情况的简要的导引性分析,侧重研究了Internet对企业软环境———知识环境、文化环境、人际环境和领导环境等的影响并构建了相应模型,讨论了由此而对企业价值创造的促进作用,描述了营造良好的企业软环境的相关工作.
While entering human society, Internet is infiluencing modern enterpricises comprehensively and deeply. Based on the brief analysis of the typical circumstances of electronic commercial affairs, the article lays particular emphasis on the recearch into the effects of Internet on the environment of enterprise-environment of knowledge and culture, humans relations and management. A corresponding models are set up, along with the promotion of creating enterprise value discussed and the related work described.
