摘要
本文以内齿轮范成加工为基础,讨论了内齿轮的广义加工间隙,给出了含广义加工间隙的通用齿形方程式。作为其应用,分析了内齿轮齿形的工作法向间隙,对修形做了初步的探讨。最后,还针对相对修形给予了说明。
On the basis of machine-tooled process, the extensive machining clearance of annulus is discussed. The common profile equation that includes the extensive clearance is given. For its application, the working normal clearance and the cog conditioning of the annulus are analysed, and some explanations of the relative conditioning about the annulus are also given.
