摘要
本文介绍了应用CAD求出曲柄滑块机构相对传动比极值和对应的曲柄转角值的方法,并给出了精确的常用数据表以及当滑块为主动件时的曲柄转角非线性度的变化规律,为解析法设计仪表中具有近似常值传动比的曲柄滑块机构提供了实用的方法和可靠的数据.
In this paper, a method, which is applied with CAD to calculate the extreme value of the dimensionless transmitting ratio and the corresponding crankangle of a slider-crank mechanism is offered; the regular data table and the variation regularity of the nonlinearity of crankangle driven by the slider are presented; a practical way and a series of reliable data are also provided for designing the slider-crank mechanism which is used in an instrument and prossesses the approximate constant transmitting ratio.
