摘要
由于酸碱度调配过程的非线性和大滞后性以及系统的实时和精度要求,传统的控制方法无法得到高质量的控制效果。而模糊控制不依赖对象的数学模型,但对稳态误差却很难从根本上加以消除,考虑到PI控制对稳态误差有很好的清除作用,故系统采用了一种自带修正因子的Fuzzy-PI复合控制策略。
Because the acid alkali titration is nonlinear and stagnant and the system demands real time and precision,the traditional control doesnt obtain high quality effect.The fuzzy control doesnt rely on any model,but it cant clear the steady error thoroughly.Considering PI control,the system has adopted the fuzzyPI compound control with amendment factors.
