摘要
阐述了恒电压控制下的卷焊管直流电阻钎焊过程离散仿真的基本理论和具体步骤;运用计算机离散仿真和回归分析方法全面研究了管坯速度波动和横截面积波动对钎焊温度的影响.
The elementary theory and specific method of the discrete simulation of the D. C. electric resistance brazing process for double-walled copper-brazed steel tubes under constant voltage control are presented, then the effect of area waveness of the tube cross-section and velocity undulation on the brazing temperature are analysed by co using the methods of discrete simulation and regression.
