摘要
以玉米作对照 ,较系统地分析了湖北省 8个不同品种的早稻糙米的主要营养成分。结果表明 ,8种早稻糙米的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、必需氨基酸、谷蛋白和总能的含量均高于玉米 ,平均分别比玉米高 39.4 1%、6 9 .73%、76 .4 5 %、2 18.37%和 1.91MJ kg;粗纤维、直链淀粉的含量均低于玉米 ,平均分别低 5 2 .5 6 %和 2 5 .92 %支链淀粉含量除鄂早 6号外均高于玉米 ,平均比玉米高 3.95 % ;微量元素含量丰富 ;其他营养成分高于或接近于玉米。从营养的角度来看 。
THE NUTRIENTS OF 8 SPECIES OF EARLY PADDY (BROWN RICE)PRODUCED IN HUBEI PROVINCE WERE ANALYZED AND COMPARED WITH MAIZE.THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT CONTENTS OF CRUDE PROTEIN,ETHER EXTRACT,ESSENTIAL AMINO ACID,GLUTELIN AND GROSS ENERGY OF BROWN RICE WERE HIGHER THAN THOSE OF MAIZE.AVERAGE CONTENTS OF THESE NUTRIENTS WERE 39.41%,69.37%, 76.45% ,218.37% AND 1.91MJ/KG HIGHER THAN THOSE OF MAIZE,RESPECTIVELY.AVERAGE CONTENTS OF CRUDE FIBER AND AMYLOSE WERE 52.56% AND 25.92% LOWER THAN THOSE OF MAIZE,RESPECTIVELY.EXCEPT FOR EZAO6,THE AVERAGE CONTENT OF AMYLOPECTIN WAS 3.95% HIGHER THAN THAT OF MAIZE.THE BROWN RICES WERE RICH OF MICRO-ELEMENTS.OTHER NUTRIENTS WERE SIMILAR TO OR HIGHER THAN THOSE OF MAIZE.IN THE LIGHT OF NUTRITION,IT IS FEASIBLE FOR EARLY PADDY TO BE USED AS ENERGY FEEDSTUFF REPLACING MAIZE IN ANIMAL DIET.
