摘要
对包括O2 、H2 O2 、过氧乙酸 (Pa)、木聚糖酶 (X)等无氯漂剂在内的蓝桉硫酸盐浆TCF漂白进行了研究。结果表明 ,蓝桉硫酸盐浆经过OPaP、OXPaP、O(Pa/P)和OX(Pa/P)等TCF程序漂白 ,漂白浆白度均在 81 %ISO以上 ,粘度大于 80 0mL/g,聚合度大于 1 0 0 0 ,漂白浆具有较好的物理强度 ,且漂白废水污染负荷低。红外光谱显示 ,浆白度提高的主要原因在于浆中共轭羰基和非共轭羰基等发色基团的脱除及助色基团 (羟基、羧基 )的破坏或减少。
The bleaching agents of oxygen (O2), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), peracetic acid(Pa) and xylanase(X) were investigated in short-sequence TCF bleaching process. The results indicated that eucalyptus kraft pulp could be bleached to high brightness (>81.1%ISO) and high viscosity (>800 ml/g) with a favorable strength properties by OPaP, OXPaP, 0(Pa/P), OX(Pa/P), O(Pa/P)P and OX(Pa/P)P TCF bleaching sequences. The infra-spectra showed that the conjugated and non-conjugated carbonyl groups were destroyed and a part of auxochromes were decreased in bleaching, which were the main reasons of brightness increment.
