摘要
为分析计算烘缸法兰及锥颈的强度与结构尺寸 ,建立以筒体、具有斜面的变厚度圆柱壳的锥颈及具有一定厚度圆环的法兰环为解析解计算模型 ,进行应力求解。本理论解与有限元分析及应力应变实测结果吻合良好 ,通过运用本方法对各规格烘缸不同锥颈过渡尺寸的应力求解 ,提出过渡结构尺寸要求。
The calculating mold consisted of shell, pyramidal neck of shell with varied thickness, flange of ring with definite thickness for analytic solution is set up in order to conduct the strength calculation and the design of the structure dimension of shell flange and pyramidal neck. Compared with the results of finite element analysis and stress-strain measurement, this theoretic solution is verified to be right. By using this theoretical solution, the stress for various dryers with different pyramidal neck dimension is solved to study the influencing of dimension change on the stress level, from that the design request of the dimension of this transitional structure is put forward.
