摘要
分析了传统加料方法存在的问题 ,提出应用自动计量加料系统的必要性。本文以荷兰 Brugman公司和日本东海染工所的比例泵加料系统为例 ,阐述了比例泵的结构和工作原理 ,对印染厂自动计量加料系统提出改进措施建议。
The problems existed in traditional dosing system were analyzed and the necessity of applying automatic metering and dosing system were put forward. Taking examples of metering and dosing system from Brugman Company of Holland and a Japanese company, the structure and working principle of proportional pump were illustrated. Simple and reliable and cheaper piston metering pump from japan and domestic digital controlled dosing pump were introduced.
