摘要
用有限元法研究了行星增速器柔性齿圈的形状与载荷分布的关系计算了齿圈应力场,从而提供了一种既能保证各行星轮间载荷分配比较均匀又保证齿宽方向均载的齿圈形状的设计方法。
This paper presents the relations between the shape of the flexspline and the load distribution of a planet increaser by using finite element method . The stress field of ring gear is calculated, the uniform load between the gears is promised, and the uniform load of the toothwidth is promised as well by using this method.
