液压管道中液-固耦合作用的模态综合法

摘要 针对液压管道的振动问题提出一种新的建模方法,即先采用左,右复模态分析方法建立管道结构模型和用频率相关摩擦模型建立液体模型,再引入模态综合理论综合结构模型和液体动态模型,在复数域中建立液-固耦合振动模型,且提出模态综合法的要点,由数值例子说明此方法是合理的。 A new methodology is presented in view of the vibration of hydraulic lines in this paper. The vibrational characteristics of hydraulic lines with fluid-structural interaction are studied . Generaliezed complex model Superposition is used in frequency domain to identify the structural model of line experimentally and the constraint effects caused by moving fluid are incorporated during model test. The identified structural model is combined to fluid model based on frequency-dependently frictional model with component synthesis technique.As an example, a hydraulic piping system is studied with the modelling method presented,for the study of the distortion of fluid characteristics, induced by structural vibration. The calculated results indicate that the proposed methodology is practicable.
